By requesting service from Jump Start Service Phoenix you agree to the following.
Pricing
Our standard jump start price is $59. The price is confirmed by phone before a technician is dispatched.
Arrival times
Arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather, distance and call volume can affect them.
Service limits
A jump start restores power to a discharged battery. It cannot repair a failed battery, alternator or starter. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle faults.
No guarantee of a successful start
Most cars start after a jump, but not all. If a battery is completely dead, internally damaged or too old to hold a charge, or the problem is the alternator, starter or another fault, a jump start may not get the car running. The $59 price covers the trip to your vehicle and the jump start attempt, not a guaranteed result. If the car does not start, the technician will tell you what they found so you know your next step.
Vehicles we service
We jump start standard 12-volt passenger vehicles: cars, SUVs, minivans and light pickup trucks. We do not service heavy-duty or commercial trucks, 24-volt systems, buses, RVs and motorhomes, or construction and farm equipment. If you are not sure whether your vehicle qualifies, call us before we dispatch.
Safety
We may decline service if conditions are unsafe, for example a vehicle in live traffic or a damaged battery.
